Even Buddhist followers have a pilgrimage season during which they visit the Buddhist monasteries located in Arunachal Pradesh. Tawang Monastery is an ancient edifice that was a place where Buddha spent few years of his life. All the Buddhist followers visit this monastery to seek peace and divine grace of the God. Besides, the religious belief and faith, these temples also stand as a symbol of architecture and art of the ear in which they were built.

Besides temples there are other monuments that exist in Arunachal Pradesh. There are ancient caves which were built by kings during there reign to move safely out of their palaces to the city centres.

There are various tribes that reside in the lush green regions of Arunachal Pradesh. These tribes have their own Gods and Goddess whom the worship. These tribes have their unique style of devotion in the form of special religious dances. Veerabhdra is one of dance art which is performed buy followers of Lord Shiva. There are many folkdances as well that you can see only while they are performed at a particular festival or occasion. So, once you set your feet in the Indian Peninsula, make sure you do visit Arunachal Pardesh.
