A Guide to Maps of India

Glorious pearls in Hyderabad, holy pilgrimage places of Hindu in Tirupati, golden beaches in Visakhapatnam and architectural temples in Warangal are but a few appealing possessions of Andhra Pradesh.

While it’s true that one cannot possibly consume an expansive state as Andhra Pradesh in one ‘trip’ sitting, a hop from one interesting city to another can reveal an assortment of attractions.  For that long wanted rewarding trip, one has to taste and feel a bit of everything in Andhra Pradesh.

For one, tourists in gleeful awe of Char Minar in Hyderabad like it that the mighty high minaret structure is also a place to scoop pearl, antiques and perfumes in Laad bazaar situated in the complex.

As a rail map of Andhra Pradesh would indicate, worth the long 150 kilometers journey from Hyderabad is a visit to an important Buddhist site, Nagarjuna Sagar, also site of the world’s tallest masonry dam.

When in this part of India, one cannot possibly miss on visiting a fort.  One with a perimeter of 11 kilometer – that massive! – is Golconda Fort.

Museums are aplenty.  A check of a fine one is Salar Jung Museum in Nizam, a center dedicated to a massive antique collection work.

It’s a nature trip after all in the historical and sacred Borra Caves, located in a village in the Ananthagiri hills, some 90 kilometers from Visakhapatnam.
